We had such a fun time celebrating Tu B’Shevat last week! In addition to our mini seder and food tasting, we made a tree collage and discussed the many wonderful things trees provide us with; read books about trees; and made “living Jewelry,” in which we will observe our seedlings grow in ziplock bags we can wear!
