The donation of blood for the saving of lives is a mitzvah of Piku’ach Nefesh. To donate, just come to the synagogue’s social hall anytime between noon and 5:30 on Thursday afternoon, July 6. You can reserve a specific time by calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or visiing RedCrossBlood.org and entering “16801”.
