This special evening is a fundraising event benefiting Centre Safe, hosted by Esther Siegfried in the Congregation Brit Shalom social hall.

Cost: $125 per person*

Guests will enjoy a four-course modern Israeli dinner inspired by the acclaimed chefs Michael Solomonov and Yotam Ottolenghi, complemented by Israeli wines.

Salatim – An assortment of fresh salads

Appetizer – Roasted eggplant with buttermilk sauce
Entrée – Spiced couscous with fragrant steamed cod served with roasted carrots, harissa, and pomegranate

Dessert – Almond cake with cardamom and pistachio

Seating is limited. Payment by check made out to Centre Safe and in the memo line indicate CBS Twilight Dinner.

Checks can be sent to the CBS office or brought to the dinner.

*This gourmet dinner is donated by the host, with additional generous contributions from members of the congregation.

Of the $125 per guest, $85 is considered a tax-deductible contribution to Centre Safe.
