Omer Shem Tov was taken hostage on October 7, 2023, and held in captivity for 505 days before his release. Robyn Lawler, Director of Penn State Hillel, invites our congregation to attend Omer’s talk on Monday October 15 at 7:00pm in which he will share his story of resilience, hope, and the power of human connection.

This is a rare opportunity for our community to listen, learn and reflect with someone whose experience has profoundly shaped the broader conversation surrounding October 7 and its aftermath.
