You’re invited to an Israeli Wine Tasting Dinner, an evening of flavor, community, and celebration.

Hosted by the Congregation Brit Shalom Programming Committee along with Bruce Pincus and Jens Thorsen.

Saturday, January 24 at 5:30 pm
$65 per person
Members are welcome to bring non-member guests!

We’ll begin with Havdalah, followed by a wine and cheese pairing, including four Israeli wines—three whites and one red—leading into a thoughtfully prepared dinner and a sweet finish.

Dinner Menu -- catered by Rebecca Elman of The Hidden Hostess

·  Herb-Crusted Salmon with lemon herb panko topping

·  Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto with sage and parmesan

·  Winter Greens Salad with pecans, goat cheese, and maple balsamic vinaigrette

The evening concludes with a dessert wine pairing featuring chocolate-covered strawberries.

We look forward to you joining us for a warm and delicious night of Israeli wines, seasonal cuisine, and good company. 🍷

Please RSVP by January 6.
