Ann Arnold will speak about her book, Together: A Journey for Survival, which chronicles her grandmother’s courageous story of saving her family from the Nazis. The story displays the magnificent strength of a mother's love and the incredible courage of good people during the worst of times. Ann’s father, aunt and grandmother did not go to the death camps, but they saw a side of the war that very few people survived: in the forests and farms. Ann was awarded the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Heroes for Tolerance award for her work and lecturers on tolerance.
A graduate of Lehigh University, Ann earned her CPA while working at Deloitte. She has been an award-winning designer and manufacturer of bridal jewelry, and is currently president of a business consulting firm. She is also a cousin of our member Renee Marks.
